You who love peace: You might consider severing ties with those who send suicide-murder bombers out to kill innocent people and those who aimlessly fling rockets at innocent people.Severing ties is easy--but it doesn't lead to peace.

Dear Salolo,Thank you for responding to my comment.I quote from your motto on your website. "I Support Love And Making peace." This is what you say. I agree. You cannot have peace with a neighbor who throws rocks or rockets at you. What would you have done if Israel had been sending rockets into your village?
Dear Buster Stronghart "You cannot have peace with a neighbor who throws rocks or rockets at you." ( you said ) i agree .. but in 1 case if i do that with no reasons .. but my responding is not an action it's re-action ...they come Occupied your country ,land & home so they strat no peace not you .. someone Decided to Invades your country & you fight him , are you wrong at this case ??

Dear Salolo, It's Sunday night here. A cease fire has been agreed to by Hamas and the Israelis. They have conditions. What a shame! Hamas puts in danger all the civilians, all the people in Gaza every time a fires a rocket. What can Hamas gain? Why does Hamas place in danger the people of Palestine who are living in Gaza? There must be better ways to achieve reasonable goals. When Hamas fires a rocket it must know that there will be an unacceptable reaction.
Here's what a friend said about our first exchange. "But you are talking with people who see only what they want to see. You could ask why Chavez, for example, is selectively severing ties only with Israel. If Chavez is so concerned with the deaths of civilian women and children why doesn't he sever ties with the Sudanese government who sends the Janjaweed, Arab Muslim rapists of children and women, into to Darfur to enslave and murderer people by the tens of thousands. Ask him why he chose Israel and not all the other countries that slaughter humans by the thousands."
I watched the John Stewart piece as you requested. I had seen it when it first came on. I agree with John Stewart 75%. That's the problem when there are two sides to every story. This is a dilemma. It's good that Stewart made these points and opened the minds of many Americans. But there has to be some opening of minds on the Palestinian side too. Don't you think? The Palestinians have done and continue to do everything possible to lose the peace. In seeking what they consider to be perfect justice they have destroyed or made miserable two or three generations of their own children. There seems to be no "compromise" gene in their leadership. I feel very sorry for the Palestinian people. My heart, however, lies with the Israelis who, I admit, are far from perfect themselves. Their insistence on settlements is a continual provocation, their treatment of Palestinians is a desecration of their own morality and ethics. Both sides have fanatics, but the Palestinian move to terror since the sixties has proven to be self-defeating. It is they who have engendered the terroristic strategy of killing innocents that runs rampant in the world today.Considering that Palestinians and Jews are genetically cousins, think what progress could have been made in science, agriculture and business if they had been working together instead of this madness.Hamas prefers death, mayhem and destruction to solutions.Get rid of their leaders--bring in new ones who actually want peace by compromise.
Dear Buster Stronghart Chavez use a Double standards maybe but tell me about USA did its use it ? yes if it's good for it ( ill take 1 example from Arab countries .. Why do not USA cut ties with Saudi Arabia, on background of the non-application of human rights laws like Flogging or for not allow to woman to drive ? coz forget stander now we want need thier oil isn't Double standards ??!!! if The Government of the Sudan Convicted i have no problam That the law is applied , but if other country ask USA to do the same for human rights with Saudi this country will not get answer ... Double standards
